How it Works
How does ordering paint samples work?
To order color samples, browse our catalog for the colors you want to see and add them to the cart. You can roder as many samples as you want.
If you do not see the color you are looking for, you can request colors. We can source 100's of colors from all manufacturers.
Once you place your order, we begin making your color samples and will ship them out to you asap.
How does ordering a speed form model work?
To order a speed form, visit the speed form page. Enter the year, model and trim of the car you want created. Then enter the specific factory color you want the color painted in. If you have the paint code great. but we can get that using the year and trim of your vehicle, and color name.
You can also add a custom engraving to the bottom plaque.
Any factory color can be ordered, not just the colors in our paint samples catalog.
How long does it take to receive my color samples?
As all samples are made to order, we aim to send out orders between 1 and weeks depending on workshop scheduling. If there is a delay for any reason, we will contact you immediately.
How long does it take to receive my speed form model?
As speed form models are made to order. They can take anywhere from 4-5 weeks to product depending on workshop capacity. If there is a delay for any reason, we will contact you immediately.
Do I keep the samples?
Yes! The samples are yours to keep forever.
Can I revise my selections after ordering?
Revision can be made within 24 hours of ordering. After 24 hours changes cannot be made due to paint already being ordered and mixed.
Whats included with my paint samples?
Your SPEC'D selections includes professionally finished factory paint samples, created using authentic manufacturer paint codes and applied to metal cards so you can experience every color exactly as it was meant to be seen.
Each sample is individually protected in premium sleeves and shipped in our branded mailer.
Whats included with my speed form?
Your SPEC'D handcrafted speed form model includes professionally handcrafted model painted in your chosen factory paint color, created using authentic manufacturer paint codes and applied professionaly for the best results.
Each model includes a plaque identifying the model and chosen color. Moedls are packaged in a premium box and foam insert to protect the model during shipping.
Pricing & Payment
Do you offer bulk discounts?
For color samples with orders of 4 or more samples preferred pricing is automatically applied in the cart.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, additional payment options will be peesented at checkout.
Shipping
Where do you ship?
Worldwide. We are based in the United States and ship to any destination served by international courier — including Europe, the United Kingdom, Asia, the Middle East, and Australia.
You will be responsible for any duties and import taxes.
Do you offer expedited shipping?
Expedited shipping is available in select markets. Shipping options are presented on checkout based on your shipping address.
International duties and taxes?
The buyer is responsible for any import duties or customs fees levied by the destination country.
What happens if my order is damaged or lost during shipping?
If you package is lost during shipping, we will work with the carrier to do our best to locate the order. If we are unable to locate the order, then we offer a free replacement or refund.
If the order is damaged during shipping, we will required proof of damage and then offer a refund or free replacement.
You must contact us within 3 days of receiving your order to report any damage.
Returns
Do you accept returns?
Unfortunately, we do not offer returnsEach paint sample and speed form is custom made to order just for you and therefore non-returnable.
If you are truly not happy with your samples or speed form model, please contact us so that we can work with you to make it right. We strive to have every customer be completely satisfied.
If you order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of receiving the product.
What if my sample doesn't match the factory color?
We source from the same suppliers as the factories. In the rare event a sample materially differs from the factory color, contact us — we will verify with our supplier and replace it. Our reputation depends on this being correct and we want to ensure accuracy.
